Bridging product clarity and visual storytelling

What I do

I’m currently a designer at Great Apes, where I bring emerging technologies into digital experiences for companies and start-ups like Nokia, Friends iPaaS, and Agora Networks. Previously, I led design at Posted — a student-built platform for connecting like-minded people at AALTOES — and collaborated with creatives at HKU Guild to design and launch websites.

My journey to design

I was born and raised in a coastal city in Vietnam. If you’re into cave adventures, I’d warmly recommend visiting the nearby world-protected wonder.

My design journey began with a fascination for uncovering what’s hidden, and grew into a drive to make technology more approachable and human. I pursued my BA in Design and later an MA in New Media at Aalto University, where I explored everything from participatory design for repair culture to sensor-based interactive experiences. Across these projects, the common thread has been a focus on people: creating clarity in complex systems while shaping experiences that feel engaging and memorable.

Today my work spans enterprise tools, customer-facing platforms, and bespoke digital experiences — bridging UX, product thinking, and visual storytelling. This also extends into illustration and branding, with recognition from the European Design Awards, Young Lions, and Vuoden Huiput.

What I’m looking for

I’m driven by making technology more accessible, human, and memorable. I’m open to opportunities where I can contribute to designing innovative digital products and experiences — with equal care for usability and visual expression.
