Product design for a white-label app
At Great Apes, we partnered with a telecom start-up to design a white-label app aimed at securing business deals in its initial phase. My role spanned two key areas: product design and marketing.
On the product side, I collaborated with developers and product owners to define, design, prototype, and iterate on new features that improved usability and supported the app’s scalability. On the marketing side, I created visual assets — including ads, product videos, and deck templates — to support brand visibility and growth. By aligning these efforts, we delivered a solution that met business objectives while providing a smooth, engaging user experience.

System design approach
We developed a collaborative design system in Figma, enabling seamless iteration with NXT:FWD’s developers and product owners. The app’s user flow was fully mapped to identify dependencies and opportunities, with new features introduced regularly in line with business strategy.
Built as a modular framework, the system supports multiple product types and adapts to evolving requirements. To ensure the app could be white-labeled for any brand, we created a robust Figma design library where colors, typography, and visual elements can be updated in just a few clicks — accelerating customization and reducing development overhead.
Achieve business and user experience goals
By combining adaptability with a cohesive user experience, we created a product that delivers operational efficiency while remaining seamless for end users. This flexible approach speeds up the production of sales prototypes and mockups, while allowing NXT:FWD to expand into new markets with ease.
